Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest sports medicine technology. Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and engaging, where you will work onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility. As a member of a close-knit team of two physical therapists and one PTA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in creating individualized treatment plans that promote effective recovery. Your work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, offering a predictable routine that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual patient needs and develop customized rehabilitation plans that align with their personal goals and medical requirements.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, allowing for focused and quality care.
• Employ evidence-based practices to provide cost-effective treatments designed to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Encourage patients to reduce reliance on medications by implementing holistic approaches and exploring alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans incorporating a blend of therapeutic techniques, physical modalities, and exercise protocols.
• Create specialized fitness and wellness programs tailored to address the distinct needs of each patient.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized care that motivates and empowers patients to achieve optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care, and effectively communicate patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient services and progress throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves individuals seeking orthopedic care, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic pain conditions. Our patient demographic utilizes private medical insurance, and we pride ourselves on delivering individualized, hands-on treatment approaches that focus on improving mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid state physical therapy license, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Professional integrity must be demonstrated through a clean record with no past board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing and implementing targeted exercise protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Competence in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly proficiency with WebPT, to enhance patient care and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
