Electrical Assembler - Elgin, IL Join our growing team as an Electrical Assembler! We are seeking motivated individuals with hands-on mechanical or electrical experience to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels and components. Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical panels, sub-assemblies, and control cabinets per engineering drawings and schematics. Install and align electrical components, ensuring proper fit, function, and quality. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Perform basic to advanced wiring, soldering, and testing of components. Collaborate with engineers and senior assemblers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete daily production reporting. Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred. Experience: Mid-level candidates (2-5 years) should have proven panel building or electrical assembly experience. Senior-level candidates (5+ years) should be skilled in troubleshooting, mentoring, and complex electrical builds. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Experience using hand tools, drills, and wiring equipment; soldering experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
