Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Friendship House Counseling, LLC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and couples, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance emotional and psychological healing.

• Developing and implementing detailed treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are actively engaged in their mental health journey.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress against treatment goals, adapting therapeutic strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Furthermore, experience with telehealth practices is desirable, as many of our sessions may be conducted remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
