Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families in various formats, including video conferencing and phone consultations.

• Support clients throughout their mental health journeys by employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records following ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to track patient progress, adapt treatment strategies, and participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help clients develop coping strategies and foster resilience in navigating their personal and relational challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually.
