This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected with a dynamic team of professionals. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client needs, presenting issues, and support systems to formulate tailored therapy plans that address individual goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions across various formats—individual, couple, and family settings—using modalities based on clients’ specific needs and preferences.

• Ensure compliance with all confidentiality laws and maintain precise, up-to-date client documentation to support treatment continuity and client privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor at The Dream Works, Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clinic emphasizes client-centered care, where you will be encouraged to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each person. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and current LCMHC licensure in the state of Vermont.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar frameworks.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience working as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or in a comparable mental health role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
