HR Business Partner SHRM-CP

Supporting organizational effectiveness, the full-time remote HR Business Partner SHRM-CP will build relationships with executives and management, providing strategic HR support in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. Key responsibilities: Builds business partner relationships with executives and management to understand goals and identify solutions for systemic issues Analyzes HR trends and metrics, partnering with leaders to develop effective people solutions and policies Coaches managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, while conducting investigations on complex issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in resolving complex employee relations issues SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or HRCI Certified Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and handle sensitive situations professionally
