A well-established company is seeking a recruiter to help build their team of exceptional people. The individual will join a close-knit group of in-house talent professionals who are responsible for hiring top talent across a wide variety of functions and levels firmwide. Responsibilities Sourcing and developing strong talent pipelines and evaluating candidates as part of a comprehensive interview process to support hiring needs Ensuring a positive candidate experience through high-touch support and proactive communication Managing administrative tasks including scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and reconciling team expenses Assisting with special projects such as conducting market research, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and establishing external partnerships Qualifications Strong attention to detail A no-task-too-small approach to the work Ability to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously. Pay range and compensation package This is a full-time position based in New York City with a starting salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package.
