Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a proven Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day performance of a growing portfolio of manufactured housing communities, apartment communities, an RV park, and commercial assets throughout Metro Atlanta. Reporting directly to ownership, this leader will supervise seven community managers, establish operational standards, and ensure consistent execution across all properties. The ideal candidate will drive occupancy, leasing, collections, maintenance operations, budgeting, and compliance while building scalable processes that support the company's continued growth in manufactured housing. This hands-on role requires regular property visits, strong leadership skills, and the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact performance. The Director of Operations will also be responsible for implementing operational systems, maintaining data integrity within Rent Manager, and ensuring managers are properly trained, accountable, and positioned for success. Success in this position requires exceptional follow-through, sound business judgment, strong property management expertise, and a commitment to delivering measurable results across the portfolio.\n\nThis position is a full time opportunity that requires this person to be on site at the Marietta , GA office as well as travel to the different property locations throughout the Atlanta suburbs. This position is looking to pay $80,000-$100,000 per year with bonuses depending on meeting or exceeding performance metrics throughout the year.
