About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Operations for Home Health to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all operations, finances, staff, and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and exceptional care, and will serve as a crucial link between the services provided and the clients and community partners. This role requires a mission-driven individual with a strong background in home health-based healthcare service delivery, who can make data-driven decisions, ensure compliance with the highest standards, and foster sustainable growth for community-based services. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Operations include clinical and financial oversight, daily service delivery, and constant collaboration with payors, governmental agencies, and community leaders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a valid GA license preferred, and 5-10 years of experience in budget development, financial literacy, and productivity system design. They should also have a proven track record in leadership within home healthcare, knowledge of continuous process improvement, and the ability to develop and implement key performance indicators. The role demands a leader with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, and a commitment to the core values of respect, integrity, excellence, stewardship, and care.
