About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Operations with a strong background in healthcare and a passion for improving access, quality, and patient experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations of multiple retail and urgent care locations, as well as virtual business services. This role demands a leader who can effectively manage and align operations across various geographies, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and driving system-wide improvement. The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic planning, project management, and the development of long-range business plans to support the growth and integration of ambulatory services. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, a Master's degree, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory or acute care. A professional clinical license, particularly an RN, is preferred. The role requires a leader with a strong background in data analytics, financial management, and a solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement principles. Experience in an integrated delivery system and knowledge of process management techniques such as Six Sigma and LEAN are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, maintaining positive professional relationships, and a commitment to the highest standards of operational and clinical performance.
