Assistant Dean, University Advising
Hofstra University
Qualifications Master’s degree required. At least two or more years of experience in advising, counseling, or related fields in a higher education setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. An established record of accomplishment promoting student development programs and building positive relationships. Excellent interpersonal, human relations, teaching/presenting and problem‑solving skills. A collaborative disposition and possesses the ability to think both critically and strategically. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications 2‑3 years advising, counseling or comparable experience with data systems such as Ellucian Banner, EAB/Navigate, and Degree Works. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hofstra University
