Sales and Service Specialist (SSS)

The Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role designed to provide hands-on experience in both customer service and automotive care. This position serves as a key stepping stone for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care and is ideal for highly motivated individuals who enjoy learning, building relationships, and being part of a fun, team-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do:

Create exceptional customer experiences by building trust, understanding customer needs, and recommending the right products and services.
Deliver outstanding service while helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their vehicle care decisions.
Work alongside a supportive team to ensure services are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality to every interaction.
Learn all aspects of store operations and confidently transition between customer-facing responsibilities and hands-on service work throughout the day.
