Customer Service Representative - Incoming Call Team

J&J Exterminating, Co. is one of the largest independent pest control companies in the US, providing fulfilling jobs and excellent service across Louisiana and Texas. We provide paid, continuous training in services and safety instruction.

Job Details:

Traditional 40-hour work week completing well-defined daily tasks outlined by team assignment
Tasks include providing excellent communication with fellow team members, supervisors, and customers to address concerns as well as questions & issues regarding inspection and termite & pest control services.
Collection & documentation of financial transactions, scheduling customer requests, and processing new customer agreements.

Requirements:

High School or equivalent
Technology Literacy
Basic Typing Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Clear Background Check & Drug Testing (provided)
