Marketing Specialist

Support the development and execution of brand plans, messaging strategies, productpositioningand tactical marketing programs. Coordinate execution of marketing campaignsfor health care providers and patientsacrossadvertising channels,SEO,CRM,websites,eventsand sales channels. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, Market Access,Operationsand external agency partners. Leadproject management includingweekly status meetings,timelines,project progresstracking,riskidentificationand proactivecommunication ofstatus updates to stakeholders. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing materials and promotional assets. Manage the creative development process from briefing through final production, ensuring alignment withcorporate identity,brand strategy,and businessobjectives. Review creative executions for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to approved messaging and brand guidelines. Coordinate revisions and feedback among stakeholders to ensure efficient project progression. Medical, Legal & Regulatory review management Prepare,submit, and track promotional materials through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewsystem. Facilitate review meetings,consolidatestakeholder feedback, and manage revisions to ensuretimelyapprovals. Maintain documentation and version control ofallmaterials. Ensure all promotional materialscomply withregulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Operational Support Partner with Sales leadership to develop andmaintainsales tools, training materials, competitive intelligence resources, and field communication materials. Assistin managing marketing budgets and vendor invoicing. Support content management and asset organization across marketing platforms. Monitor campaign performance using CRM, digital, sales, and market data sources. Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. S upport healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives including sales aidseducational materials, email campaigns, and digital engagement programs. Support commercial launch planning and execution activitiesincludingpromotional material development, field force support,creativeagencyand launch milestone management. Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, ora related field. 2-4years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech,or life sciencesmarketing. Experience supporting pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or laboratory-developed testpromotional materialswith anunderstanding ofrelevantregulatory requirements. Experience withhealthcareprovideror patient marketing initiatives. Experience working with creative agencies and coordinating asset development. Skills Proven ability to support product launches in pharmaceuticals,diagnosticsor devices. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Operational teams and deliver high-quality work in a highly regulated environment. Ability to use or quickly learn MLR review systems such as Zen QMS or VeevaPromoMats, and CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce or Zoho CRM. Capability to execute digital marketing, content management, and omnichannel campaigns. Apersonal or professionalpassion forwomen's health.
