Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure and Colorado Department of Education certification required
• SLP-CCC preferred, but strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will be considered
• Previous school-based experience and proficiency with IEP processes strongly desired
• Familiarity with student assessments, progress monitoring, and measurable goal setting
• Preference for candidates with English Language Learner (ELL) training, an ESL endorsement, or Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE) credentials
• Comfort with the supervision of SLPAs and providing mentorship to support staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language services to preschool-aged students in an intensive classroom setting
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and compile assessment reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Track progress towards student goals, adapting strategies as needed to maximize outcomes
• Provide guidance and oversight for SLPAs who may assist with generalization and practice
• Engage with a supportive multidisciplinary team to promote student success
