Project Manager (Owner's Representative) This range is provided by Fortiva. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Fortiva are delighted to be partnering with a well known Owner's Rep firm based in Dallas to recruit them a brand new Project Manager. The role is ideal for someone with a few years experience in the Build Out, Commercial Fit Out and Tenant Improvement space. Key Responsibilities Support the PM team on a variety of projects across various sectors or have demonstrable relative experience. Develop project schedules, budgets, and strategic plans. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants. Ensure effective project delivery while adhering to high standards of safety and quality. Qualifications 1+ years of project management experience in the project management space. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
