About Our Client

This role is with a well-established, mid-sized organization that operates within the business services sector. The company is committed to delivering high-quality construction project management services and fostering a professional and results-driven work environment.

Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
Identify and mitigate project risks
Review change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Monitor project financial performance and reporting
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

Project Management experience with a General Contractor
Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction management software platforms
