Human Resources Business Partner

The Analyst, Human Resources Business Partner provides hands-on HR partnership and support to the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance organizations. This role supports employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, compliance, employee lifecycle activities, and day-to-day HR operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, this position serves as a trusted HR resource for managers and employees by providing guidance on workplace matters, HR policies, and people processes. Key Responsibilties: HR Business Partnership Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned organizations. Provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees. Build strong working relationships across business functions. Employee Relations & Investigations Conduct employee relations investigations. Manage corrective and disciplinary actions. Manager Coaching & Performance Management Coach managers on performance management and policy interpretation. Support PIPs and talent reviews. Employee Lifecycle Management Support onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends. Compliance, Reporting & HR Operations Administer HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR reports and metrics. Support audits and compliance reviews. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of progressive HR experience. Employee relations and investigation experience. Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: Experience supporting corporate functions. Workday experience.
