Director, Payroll Customer Experience & Compliance
OFF OF PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
The NYC Financial Information Services Agency-Office of Payroll Administration seeks a Director of Payroll Customer Service to ensure compliance with City policies and manage six units including Check Replacement, Ordered Deductions, Transit Benefit, Check Distribution, Payroll Refund and Adjustment, and Union Services. Under minimal supervision, this role will lead procedures, oversee staff, and prepare analytical reports to summarize division activities and demographic data for city employees #J-18808-Ljbffr OFF OF PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
