Pricing Specialist

QXO is seeking a detail‑oriented Pricing Specialist to support pricing strategy, margin optimization, and commercial operations across our business units. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys driving data‑informed business decisions that improve profitability and operational efficiency. The Pricing Specialist will support the Pricing Analyst in the sales organization in ensuring pricing accuracy and customer agreements. Key Responsibilities Support pricing strategies that drive profitable growth. Maintain and optimize pricing databases, customer agreements, and product pricing structures. Partner with pricing analyst and sales teams on pricing requests, approvals, escalations, and strategic deal support. Support implementation, testing, and validation of pricing updates within ERP and pricing systems. Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and customer agreements. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase pricing efficiency, consistency, and accuracy. Assist with pricing governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, procurement, analytics, or customer support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
