About the OpportunityJOB SUMMARYProvides supplier onboarding, maintenance, and relationship management support, leveraging data analysis and process automation to strengthen the organization's vendor ecosystem. This role serves as a primary point of contact for suppliers, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences, sustained supplier performance, and compliant procurement operations.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required2–4 years of relevant experience requiredExperience administering projects, programs, and/or processes is preferredExperience with Jaggaer or Workday Finance is preferredKEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIESLead end-to-end supplier onboarding, including documentation collection, system setup, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely activation of new vendors.Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, certifications, and compliance documentation within procurement systems.Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned supplier portfolio, fostering strong partnerships and resolving issues proactively.Conduct supplier performance analyses to evaluate vendor health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the supplier lifecycle.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of automation initiatives that streamline supplier onboarding, maintenance, and communication workflows.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate supplier needs and align vendor capabilities with organizational goals.Support contract renewals, amendments, and risk management activities to ensure continuity of supply.Other duties as assignedPosition TypeFinanceAdditional InformationNortheastern University considers factors such as candidate work experience, education and skills when extending an offer.Northeastern has a comprehensive benefits package for benefit eligible employees.
