Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $75K-100K per year

Overview Graham Healthcare Group, a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Medinah, Illinois. The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week, and part of a team‑driven home health environment that leads patient care plans. Responsibilities Provide nursing care and case‑management for patients in Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows and surrounding areas. Lead and collaborate with a team-based environment to deliver patient care plans. Complete required charting and documentation promptly. Travel to patient sites, spending approximately 20% of the day driving. Qualifications RN license in the state where you will work. Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing. One year of RN experience with the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care. Current driver’s license and ability to drive to patient locations.
