Pay Rate: $17.77 / Hour

DayTime Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional front-desk customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner at a corporate technology location.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site-specific entry procedures, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.
• Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and security-related systems as assigned; report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
