Commercial Litigation Attorney (Mid-Level Associate to Of Counsel)


Location: Coral Gables, FL (In-Office with Hybrid Flexibility)


Our growing business litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are open to hiring at the Mid-Level Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Of Counsel level based on experience and qualifications.


Our practice is dedicated exclusively to complex commercial and business litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney with substantial experience handling sophisticated business disputes and high-stakes litigation.


Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/business litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation, banking and financial services litigation, or other complex commercial matters.
• Ability to independently manage litigation from pleadings through trial preparation.
• Strong experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Professional client-facing demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
• Licensed in Florida in good standing.

Work Environment


This position is based in our Coral Gables office. We value an in-person, collaborative culture. After onboarding and integration into the firm, attorneys may be eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1-2 remote days per week.
