Roles & Responsibilities: Managing estimating inbox Reviewing and routing invitations to bid for applicable scopes of work Set up projects and opportunities within company systems Download, organize, and maintain plans, specifications, and related project documents Create and maintain job folders to ensure centralized and accurate documentation Assist estimators and project managers with data entry, including: Field takeoff entry Estimator takeoff entry Support estimating team with preparation of project-related materials and documentation Communicate with internal team members to ensure accurate and timely information flow Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across all assigned tasks Benefits 401k Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Disability insurance Employee stock ownership plan Paid holidays
