Events Management Assistant

Dormont Manufacturing Company

Job Description and Position Requirements Penn State Athletics is looking for Events Management Assistants. Responsibilities Assist with setup and tear down of events in Rec Hall Assist with game management Assist with day-to-day operations within the facility Other duties assigned by the facilities coordinator Requirements We require the potential to work nights and weekends. The position requires successful completion of standard background checks in accordance with University policies. The role also requires operating a motor vehicle as part of job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check are required. Approval of remote and hybrid work is not guaranteed regardless of work location.
