- Fintechexperienceand/orin-houseexperienceatabankorfinancialinstitutionisaplus.
- ProficiencywithAItoolsaplus.
- Abilitytoprioritizeappropriately,andmeetdeadlinesinahigh-pressureenvironment
- JDdegreefromatoptierlawschool,admissiontotheNewYorkbaringoodstanding

Compensation
CompensationincludesatargetOTErangeof$175,000-$200,000consistingofbasesalaryandapartformance-basedbonus.Actualcompensationwilldependonsimilarfactors,includingthescandidate'slocation,skills,experience,andmarketconsiderations.Additionally,equityisacomponentoftheoverallcompensationpackage,providingeployeeswiththeopportunitiestoshareinthelong-termsuccessandgrowthofthecompany.
Weofferacomprehensivebenefitspackagethatincludes medical,dental,andvisioncoverage,401(k),short-and-long-termdisabilitycoverage,andflexiblevacation.
