Job Description Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, offers an exciting full‑time employment opportunity for a Junior to Mid‑Level Associate in the Litigation Practice in the Los Angeles office. Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience at a mid‑to‑large law firm, including drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. In good standing with the California Bar. Federal clerkship is a plus. Practice Summary Greenberg Traurig’s Commercial Litigation Practice has wide‑ranging experience in corporate governance and compliance, and has litigated many issues of first impression. Our team of experienced trial lawyers works with national and multinational corporations, law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, advertising agencies, architectural firms, and artists on disputes, mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, and before regulatory and self‑regulatory organizations. The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is $235,000 to $365,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
