Period-End Close Support: Prepare timely journal entries and complete balance sheet and account reconciliations to facilitate the smooth execution of the monthly close cycle. Accounts Payable & Expenses: Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports with a high level of accuracy to ensure timely disbursement. Budgeting & Analysis: Provide data and collaborative support during the formulation of annual operating budgets. Audit Preparation: Compile required schedules, gather supporting transaction documentation, and assist with inquiries during annual external financial audits. Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with internal finance leadership and respond efficiently to informational requests from various departments.
