Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliationsPrepare monthly financial statement analysesPrepare ad hoc analyses to support management decision making, including proactively identifying and delivering key insights to financial performanceAssist in the preparation of quarterly SEC filings, including preparation of supporting schedules, analyses, external documentation, and audit requestsAssist in the preparation of franchise financial statementsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to special projects designed to improve processes within the Accounting and Finance organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and provide guidanceEnsure accounting activities are completed with the highest level of control and integrityDemonstrate emotional intelligence in handling potentially stressful situations, including managing competing priorities, change, tight deadlines, and conflict #J-18808-Ljbffr Goosehead-Insurance
