I’ve been in business for 11 years and currently lead a team of 12 dedicated professionals who bring positive energy and purpose into everything we do. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance along with an MBA, and that background helps guide the thoughtful, strategic approach we take when serving our customers and growing our team. Community involvement is a major priority for our agency — I serve as a Director for the Pasadena ISD Education Foundation and chair its Finance Committee, and I’m an active member of the South Belt–Ellington Chamber of Commerce. We also support our local fire department each year with fire prevention kits and participate in annual community events like National Night Out, Trunk or Treat, and Winter Wonderland.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Sipes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
