ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Branch Manager with Bank of America. My career has always centered around helping people, and agency ownership gave me the opportunity to build a business focused on helping customers protect the people and things that matter most.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We stay involved with local schools, adopt families during the holidays, donate Thanksgiving meals, and support veterans and other community initiatives throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Joe Pham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
