Office Services AssociateIST Management is seeking an Office Services Associate to join the downtown Chicago team! The Office Services Associate is responsible for providing on-site front desk coverage as needed, hospitality and mailroom services in addition to general administrative support services in a professional office environment. Ideal candidates will have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in reception services is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.The Office Services Associate is responsible for providing professional on-site front desk/reception coverage as needed, hospitality, mailroom and general administrative support services. Duties include:Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients; greet and direct walk-up traffic at the front desk, direct phone calls to appropriate personnelConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from supervisorHospitality services: Assist with conference room management, schedule meetings daily via Teams; Maintain kitchen and coffee bar common areas - clean and monitor, restock supplies as neededMailroom services: Sorting and dispersing USPS mail daily within office; deliver packages to different floors dailyOrdering supplies; maintain inventoryParticipate in cross-training; Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detailAdhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assignedIdeal candidates have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in reception services is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
