Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments with new clients to thoroughly understand their emotional and psychological needs, and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, adapting your approach for each individual to ensure effective treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, prioritizing their safety and well-being during critical moments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of practitioners, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal regulations, ensuring that all documentation is kept up-to-date and accurate.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and trends in mental health treatment.

• Provide feedback and innovative ideas for program development and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing our service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a diverse array of backgrounds and include individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will be particularly engaged with clients tackling anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Maryland is required.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience working with clients experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records systems for managing client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually . In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, free access to our services, and a suite of flexible benefits to support your professional and personal well-being.
