Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health services tailored to patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ mental health, noting their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and execute personalized, culturally sensitive treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and treatment continuity.

• Educate and guide patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, facilitating their understanding of treatment options and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve patients facing complex mental health issues often associated with chronic or terminal illnesses, especially in Hospice scenarios. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
