Sr. Data Engineer

Sr Data Engineer Locations: Westlake, TX OR Durham, NC (must be local) Hybrid - 50% onsite Duration: 12 months As a Asa Senior Data Engineer you will work with a highly effective squad, developing quality and scalable data solutions. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 7+ years of experience in developing quality data solutions Software development experience in the Financial Industry Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, SQL Scripting, and database performance tuning Intermediate experience in Java development is preferred Solid understanding of ETL tools like Informatica and Data Warehousing like Snowflake. You enjoy learning new technologies, analyzing data, identifying gaps, issues, patterns, and building solutions You can independently analyze technical challenges, identify, assess impact, and identify innovative solutions Strong data modeling skills using Quantitative and Multi-Dimensional Analysis Demonstrate understanding of data design concepts - Transactional, Data Mart, Data Warehouse etc. Beginner proficiency of Python, REST API and AWS is a plus You are passionate about delivering high quality software using DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker) practices!
