Accounting Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong QuickBooks experience, solid AP/AR knowledge, and the ability to support accurate financial recordkeeping in a fast‑paced office environment. The Accounting Clerk will play an important role in maintaining organized financial data, supporting invoice and payment activity, assisting with reconciliations, and helping the accounting team meet key deadlines. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time. Enter, update, and maintain financial records in QuickBooks. Reconcile bank and credit card statements to support accurate reporting. Generate invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain vendor and customer records. Assist with month‑end closing activities, reports, spreadsheets, and financial documentation. Support payroll processing as needed and perform general administrative and clerical duties. Compensation Pay range: $22 to $25.00 per hour. Location: Corona, CA.
