Accounting/Administrative Clerk
Location: Irvine, CA (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $25 - $28/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting/Administrative Clerk to support a mix of accounting and administrative responsibilities. This role will handle approximately 40% accounting functions and 60% administrative support. This is a temporary position to cover a medical leave with strong potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and assist with invoice tracking and approvals
- Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Perform basic accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry
- Assist with general office administration and daily operational support
- Order office supplies and coordinate office needs
- Provide support with various administrative projects as needed
- Maintain organized files and ensure accuracy in all work completed
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Prior experience processing AP invoices required
- Payroll processing experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Irvine
