• Provide assistance with sample collection and prep them for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, help train new team members or students, and actively contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
