Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and intricate clinical laboratory tests in various disciplines-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing, ensuring high-quality practices.
• Document every procedure meticulously, train newcomers, and help maintain exceptional laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a pristine and safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accredited benchmarks.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of hiring.
• Keep certification current throughout your time with us.
