Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health (Adult) Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health for a nursing job in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Position Details Specialty: Behavioral Health Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Staff Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility Responsibilities Provide direct clinical patient care. Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective, total nursing care to all patients. Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, with the goal of discharging the patient with an optimum level of care provided. Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Perform and fulfill all HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster. Know the Hospital’s emergency codes, including the purpose and appropriate action for each, and adhere to the Hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code. Perform related duties as required. Required Qualifications Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR.
