Desktop Support Engineer

Job Details 6 month contract opportunity – Fully On-site in OKC – AD, SNOW, SCCM Salary: $23–$25 per hour Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Desktop Support Engineer to join our tech services team. This role involves providing expert‑level technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services to clients. Utilize SCCM for system management tasks, including software distribution, updates, and patch management. Perform imaging tasks to create, manage, and deploy system images for various hardware platforms. Work with Citrix environments, including setup, management, and troubleshooting of virtual applications and desktops. Maintain and manage Windows 10 systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Provide expert consulting services to clients, advising on best practices and strategies for managing IT systems. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure delivery of high‑quality technical support services. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT support and consulting. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support or IT consulting role. Expert knowledge of SCCM, imaging, Citrix, and Windows 10. Professional certification such as MCSE or COMPTIA is highly desirable. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical individuals. Customer‑focused approach with ability to provide high‑quality technical support and consulting services. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
