Bilingual Receptionist

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort has partnered with a local Omaha law office and is currently seeking a Receptionist for a great opportunity in the Omaha, NE area!

Job highlights:

• Pay will be negotiable and based on experience starting at $15.00+ per hour!

• Full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Professional and established legal office that handles Business, Family, and Immigration law!

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling
• Document preparation, copying, and filing
• General correspondence via phone, email, mail, etc.
• Data entry
• Other Administrative support duties as needed
• This position may eventually take phone calls to answer client questions, provide information, and transfer calls to the necessary person

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of Administrative Support experience in an office environment
• Positive and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable working with numbers, speaking on the phone, and documentation
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Associates degree (preferred)
