Production Supervisor

Part of a Global Group of life saving technology companies, my client design and manufacture elevator safety and communications products. What The Production Supervisor Entails Monday to Thursday: 6am – 4:30pm The Successful Production Supervisor Will Supervise and lead a team of approximately 17 direct labour production employees. Plan, coordinate and oversee daily production activities to ensure output targets and customer delivery schedules are met. Monitor production performance, identify issues and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to technical and electro-mechanical assembly personnel. Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team environment. Communicate production priorities, operational updates and performance expectations clearly across the team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and company procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with wider operational and global CI teams to implement process improvements where appropriate. Maintain high standards of productivity, quality and operational efficiency. Requirements Of The Production Supervisor Proven production supervision experience. Strong leadership and team management capability. Experience managing direct labour manufacturing teams. Excellent production planning and execution skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. A solid understanding of technical manufacturing or assembly processes.
