2nd Shift Production Supervior

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Lead, train, and develop production employees to achieve high performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency throughout all operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
• Manage inventory, materials, work orders, and shipping schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership on new product development and production planning.
• Support cost analysis, budgeting, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Track production metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts.
