Proposal Manager

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- OR Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Lead and manage all proposal activities.
- Direct proposal team members and monitor progress.
- Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and compliance.
- Work with the Capture Manager to integrate winning strategies.
- Develop review plans (Pink, Red, Gold Teams) for proposal evaluation.
- Oversee production, review, and submission of proposals.
- Work with advanced and emerging technologies.
- Join a team of innovative and forward-thinking professionals.
- Gain new knowledge and continuous learning opportunities.
- Position based in Phoenix, AZ (metro area).
- Up to 30% travel required.
- Proven track record of managing complex, winning proposals.
- Strong knowledge of missions, products, and technologies.
