Data Entry Clerk

Job Title
Part time position 20 hours per week M-F 3 or 4 days, exact days/ hours TBD btw 8a - 4p Taconic DDSO Purchasing Office.30 Unpaid Lunch Break if working 8 hours a day No Holiday work, Overtime or travel required Free Parking Provided
Duties:
- Print, code, and log incoming purchase requests.
- Filing.
- Processing purchase requests for Grainger and Staples.
- Search internal state database for on contract items.
- Communication with vendors and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred High School Diploma Office Setting Experience The candidates should have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner. Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
