At Sycamore Hills Dentistry, our Front Desk Coordinators do far more than answer phones and schedule appointments—they help create an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with previous dental front office experience or front office experience in another professional healthcare setting.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Coordinate provider schedules
• Verify dental insurance benefits
• Present treatment and financial information
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support a smooth, organized, and positive patient experience
• Work closely with teammates to keep the office running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental front office experience is strongly preferred.
• Applicants with front office experience in a medical or healthcare office are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and team-focused
