Job Details: Job Location: Richmond, VA – Richmond, VA Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Base+Commission/year Bridgestone HosePower, LLC is the premier distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose products. Due to current and projected growth, HosePower is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented Account Manager who will thrive in a performance-driven B2B outside sales environment to join our rapidly expanding sales force. As An Account Manager You Will: Contact established, inactive, and prospective accounts on a scheduled basis to solicit purchase orders for company products. Provide onsite service and support to customers. Sell into major markets, including new and existing territories. Develop and maintain positive relationships with established and prospective accounts. Achieve individual and departmental financial goals established by the Management Team. Meet and exceed monthly quota and budgets while growing year-over-year sales goals. Visit current customers while continuing to prospect potential customers within the designated sales region. Provide continuous education within the product realm. Hold a BA in Business or another related field preferred, but not required. Be highly organized, with the ability to work independently. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Physical and Travel Requirements Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, including during travel and office work.
