NOW HIRING – ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. Schedule: Monday–Thursday 32 hours per week Responsibilities: Handle billing and invoicing. Assist with payroll. Data entry and record keeping. Work with Microsoft Excel and Word. Maintain organized company files and documents. Assist with general office and administrative duties. Requirements: Administrative or office experience preferred. Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Billing and payroll experience preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
